La Germania non ha avuto una vera capitale musicale, come è stato per Londra nel Regno Unito, ma ha avuto in tutto lo stato una miriade di gruppi figli dell’ultima guerra e del muro di Berlino, che hanno sperimentato ,sempre più, nuove soluzioni sonore,ed esplorato all’infinito the boundaries of music.
